Villa Mediterránea · Marbella

Marbella · Costa del Sol

Location Marbella · Costa del Sol

Plot size ≈ 1,200 m²

Build time 4 months

A newly built plot beside the pool, still under construction, transformed into a Mediterranean garden of clean lines: natural lawn, Washingtonia palms and a porch wrapped in greenery.

The challenge

The plot arrived freshly built: loose soil, not a single plant, and a pool still bare. The garden had to feel established from day one, not years later.

The solution

Natural lawn wrapping the pool, Washingtonia palms as a visual anchor by the porch, and a low hedge perimeter framing the plot without blocking the pool views.
